17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.
16th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Shannon was very friendly & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Key Estate Agents to others.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)working with Riaz was a pleasure from start to finish. His communication is incredible and ability to get things done is one of the best i have come across, i would recommend for anyone
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????

Excellent service from Cartwright Hands! The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and efficient, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended!
1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)As a first-time landlady, I had no clue what was involved in the process. Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with this agency.
There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.

This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.

Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.

11th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Highly impressed with Newmans, they achieved a sale of my home higher than asking price after the first evening of viewings. Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)So poor. Went to another agent who then sold the property to a customer Xact had already done a viewing with.
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)From the day I contacted Shortland Horne I cant fault the service. Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

27th May 2025 (1 year ago)The best estate agents in Warwickshire Always available to support and has excellent customer service to tenants Would highly recommend
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.
11th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was attended by Alex to view a house. She was kind and friendly and brought me good vibes. Thank you!
