15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

4th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

18th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.
1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.
29th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)The agents we spoke to were very friendly, approachable and professional. They supported us to help us get the price we wanted for our property. Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!
19th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)After my late mother's property in Harbury had been on the market with a large national estate agent chain with no success of sale, I was very grateful for Pina at Kleinmann Properties to market it for us. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
