My Mum suffers with anxiety and also suffered the loss of my Dad whilst selling, through the whole sales process they supported her, were understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Once the sale went through, they still followed up with her, customer care was 5* and I have nothing but positive things to say and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.

We where a tenant for multiple years and the service was above and beyond.<br>Everything always dealt with on time and any query responded to quickly.<br>Sandra dealt with us for many years and was absolutely brilliant. When she moved across from the letting team Sylvia picked straight up with us and had been just as good.<br>Great company, highly recommend.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)The entire team helped me through a difficult time and a prolonged sale, impacted by the usual as well as extraordinary events in the near east, which impacted prices and confidence across the country. From initial appointment through completion, I was always treated like a human being. Over the course of the sale, I got to speak with and know most of the team and they all worked diligently, authentically and honestly to get my sale over the line (which also included so many shenanigans from the other side's lender!). I am so glad I chose Archer Bassett. Special shout outs to Stephanie and manager, Mark; also Jo and Stefan too!).

Selling remotely presented a number of challenges, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally, coordinating the chain and keeping us informed throughout. Their support was always helpful without being intrusive, and we genuinely felt valued rather than treated as just another seller. I would happily recommend them.

They are both approachable and easy talk to.<br><br>The conveyancing solicitor they recommended was very good too.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend YourDreamPad and I would use their services again.<br><br>Thank you again Richard and Molly, I couldn't have received a better service.

When our first purchase fell through, his knowledge of the local area meant he was able to suggest new properties and viewings that he thought would be a good fit for us. So we had him back to sell our family home,which we’ll be moving out of in 3 weeks time. This sold in 6 days. I’ve no doubt this is down to his knowledge and hard work,but also being on hand to answer Any questions ,and guiding us through the whole process was invaluable! Would certainly recommend.
