I was so impressed that I immediately booked a valuation with Simon, and the professionalism, warmth, and expertise were identical. It’s that classic English gentleman style: calm, honest, classy, and incredibly well?informed. After meeting seven estate agents, not one came close to the standard set by this team. Truly outstanding service.

16th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)SBK have been excellent throughout. Andrew and Andy (even making their names easy) have been super; giving clear guidance, efficient processes and keen attention. Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. We have been particularly impressed with clear and prompt communications and found the online Street App very easy to use. Everyone at SBK have been friendly and positive and helpful. Thank you

Karen jo and the 2 ladies could not have been more helpful friendly and professional. If you are a landlord or tenant I highly recommend you use 1st lettings for absolute peace of mind.
20th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Alternative Estates have been brilliant from start to finish! House moves are a stressful time but Conor, Carla and the team made it as easy as possible. Always on the end of the phone to answer any questions or to give a little nudge when needed, and their communication was first class, we were always the first in the chain to know anything. I could not recommend them highly enough, a knowledgable, family run estate agent you can trust. Fantastic!!

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

8th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Charles Rose and were really impressed by the consistency and professionalism of Liv and Sandra. Our flat sale was not straightforward - a listed leasehold going through major works, but they dealt with the complexities perfectly and made the whole experience a lot more manageable. When complexities arose, they would be the first on line to be coordinating a way through to ensure that the whole process was as easy as it could be for us. If I was selling again, I'd certainly pick Charles Rose. Thank you ????????????

The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.

Kept us up to date with the process and gave great advice to get our house sold which only took 11 weeks and six days from listing to completion even with three bank holidays in the middle. 6th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We have just completed the house sale of our mother’s house. This was a stressful time for us but everything ran smoothly with Andrew Downing Booth estate agents. They had been recommended by a neighbour and came top of our list after visits from other estate agents. The house sold in January within a week of going up for sale and we exceeded the asking price. Photography, videos and all the advertising were very impressive. Communication was very efficient and we had every confidence in each person we worked with. They even created a WhatsApp group for us as none of the family lived locally. In particular Karen Tew became our rock and guided us through the process. She was incredibly supportive and she proved a very useful link between us, solicitors and the buyers, cutting through bureaucracy to get quick answers. At our request Andrew recommended a solicitor who also proved exceptionally good. We have no hesitation to recommend this estate agent in Aldridge.
