3rd Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.

As first-time buyers, we never expected the process to move so quickly or feel so smooth, but Richard made it happen. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, supportive and always on hand to answer our questions. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. Buying our first home together has been such an amazing experience, and that’s largely thanks to Richard’s guidance and expertise. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone — he truly made this possible for us.
7th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Renting with Reign has been a very good experience. Sapna, in particular, makes the moving in process very easy. She is also very helpful and communicative. However, once in the apartment, the team has not been so responsive.

5th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Abode have been excellent from start to finish. So helpful. There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
