23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Mov8 were my solicitors for my recent purchase of a property and they were very good. My case manager Harris was excellent and very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and calling me to discuss any updates.

2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The process of selling our house was completely hassle free from start to finish. Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We sold our house in Scotland and Katie Wright managed the process for us.

Katie kept us well informed at every stage of the sale, which as we live in Australia was important to us. Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.

I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.
2nd Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very professional, always kept up to date with an online portal. Plus text updates and a personal service. Great team and would highly recommend
22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Great service fast communication very helpful thank you
15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Ray was fantastic during the recent sale of a rental property. He liaised well with prospective buyers and gave me sound advice. He acted very promptly where necessary. I'd be pleased to deal with Ray again.
14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)They were brilliant to start with. We almost achieved the price they suggested. Overall ok but ... They needed a bit of chasing at points.
19th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Fantastic service from start to finish. Zoe was helpful, friendly, and responsive and made the process easy. Highly recommend.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.
Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.

The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.

After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.
After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.

Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Penny was fantastic from start to finish. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and handled all of our viewings. She was always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated her support and would highly recommend her. ??????

26th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Neilsons made selling our property a seamless experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Eileen kept us informed regularly and her honest, informed advice meant we could trust our property was in good hands
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)From beginning to the end of sale you made it so easy. Especially Gemma who did most of the viewings.
Any questions were answered professionally, even very minor ones
I would strongly, strongly recommend Atrium to deal with your sales
4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have used their services for both the purchase and sale of my property, and I highly recommend them.

Andrew is always available, easy to approach, and very quick to respond. He secured viewings at the earliest opportunities, negotiated effectively, and worked hard to secure the best possible deal for his clients.

He is honest and transparent with his feedback and provides valuable recommendations throughout the process. He genuinely goes the extra mile to secure the deal and get things done.

Another great benefit is the additional services they offer at fixed fees. This provides complete transparency and avoids any ambiguity around costs.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
20th May 2024 (2 years ago)Great service from both Samantha and Lisa. Regular communication and updates after each viewing and actively going after potential buyers.

24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I honestly couldn't recommend John and Tyler enough! From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing.
They have been constantly helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.

They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood each step of the process, which was so reassuring as a first time buyer. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they have made the whole experience less stressful and a lot easier.

I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with them for mortgage advice!

Thanks so much again to you both!
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic

Hometown Estate Agents
8 Deer park, Fairways Business Park Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, EH54 8AF(164 reviews)
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sinead and Hometown Estate Agents.
We dealt with quite a few estate agents while looking for a house, and Hometown stood out from the beginning. Sinead was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, incredibly helpful and always so quick to respond. Even on Saturdays, she would reply straight away, which we really appreciated.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another property transaction, and that meant a lot to us.
On the day we got the keys, Sinead came to the house herself to hand them over and even brought us a lovely little gift. It was such a thoughtful touch and made an already special day feel even better.
Without a doubt, the best estate agent we dealt with during our house search. We would recommend Sinead and Hometown Estate Agents to anyone without hesitation, and if we ever decide to sell our home in the future, we already know who we’ll be calling.
Truly 5-star service from start to finish.
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.
REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.
The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.
It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!
A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Mason homes have been brilliant with the sale of our property. Jodi always went above and beyond and was extremely understanding of our circumstances. The full team were brilliant.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Great service from the team. They kept us informed during every step of the process. I would like to thank all the members of staff who were extremely professional whilst explaining all the details and answering my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this firm if you intend to sell your home.
