28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a fantastic experience with this letting agency, especially Sally and Brian.I was very anxious and insisted on moving into the property on time, but they were incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and they even stayed overtime past their regular hours just to hand over my keys.Thank you so much to the team for doing their absolute best to help me! I highly recommend them.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Poor communication, not even 1 view for the entire period of 3 months, all we’ve heard were only excuses. I wouldn’t recommend!
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience selling our property with Christopher Stokes. Jon and the team were in consistent communication and quick to give feedback and guidance. The team also did a great job with our online listing, looking at our advert we nearly put a bid in on ourselves. Much thanks to the entire team.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Gail in the sales team was fantastic — professional, helpful and always kept us well informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated the support and guidance along the way. Highly recommend!
10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
21st Nov 2019 (6 years ago)waited in all day to inspect. no show. no call.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Addison Townsend highly enough. They are highly professional, and their expert advice was invaluable during the sales process. Their feedback was always constructive and enabled us to adjust our approach to the sale, ultimately leading to a successful sale, in what was a difficult market due to UK and International economic factors.
29th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I have worked with cousins for over ten years personally and professionally with my work. Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. Cousins are reliable and pleasant and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property or be supported with a rental. Darren DPG Electrical

5th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Honest, efficient, professional, no gazumping and helpful agent. Highly recommend!
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
30th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I want to extend my sincere thanks to the team at Baker and Chase — especially Kieran and Jason — for their outstanding support throughout my house sale. They were instrumental in getting things over the line, and I truly cannot thank them enough. While the process itself was far from easy and not something I’d want to go through again, having the Baker and Chase team by my side made all the difference. Their professionalism, dedication, and calm guidance were invaluable. Thank you again for everything!
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a rental property in the Hoddesdon area and from start to finish to process has been nothing but plain sailing. I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.
12th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Outstanding professional service was given by Elite Homes. I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
14th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Nice sales team and office staff
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really positive experience from start to finish. Tom was helpful and kept us updated throughout the process.
4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)My expectation was met! Matt Tott is a professional, who listened and advised me on the best options! Alfie was amazing from taking pictures to showing the people around. Communication was amazing, as they kept me in the loop every step of the way.
1st Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.
10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very smooth process with knowledgeable professionals who obtained offers on our home near to the asking price within 10 days of our home being on the market.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Gentian Stuart and Jai went the extra mile throughout the transaction of my maisonette which in this day and age is not something you find very often. Special thanks go to Gentian who ensured that the move went smoothly despite last minute problems for which I will always be extremely grateful
