14th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Buying a new property while selling your existing home can be a stressful and a challenging experience, but having the right team on your side makes all the difference. From the very beginning, Abi, Sally, and Barry were professional, proactive, and always available to provide updates, reassurance, and support. Unfortunately, our own selling estate agent in Ferring was not as effective when it came to communication and chasing matters when needed. In contrast, dealing with Miller Town & Country was a breath of fresh air. They always kept us informed, exceeded expectations, and made us feel supported and confident throughout the process. We cannot thank Abi, Sally, Barry & their team enough for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend Miller Town & Country to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

18th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I can’t recommend DJR Estate Agents highly enough for anyone wanting to sell a property. They did a seemingly rare thing of actively marketing our property, they gave us useful advice on how to attract potential buyers and kept us fully informed throughout the entire sales process. If all estate agents acted more like DJR, the house buying/selling process would be a more pleasant experience. Next time we are looking to buy or sell a property, DJR will definitely be our first port of call.
