They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

16th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track) From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times. We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded. Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.

From step 1 we were very pleased with the service we received - Becky was super helpful on our first ever viewing, guiding and reassuring us. She had taken the time to write down lots of information for us so she could answer any of our questions - this is something that we didn’t have with most other estate agents! After we had chosen our property, Sharon and Hannah kept us informed the whole way, checking in with us regularly. We are very grateful for everyone’s time and would 100% recommend buying through Regency!

11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

1st Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I instructed Douglas and Dean in early 2025 and was very pleased with the service received regarding the sale of my property. Andy offers years of experience and a pragmatic approach to selling. I felt that we had open and honest conversations and it was always easy to make contact. We also kept in touch at agreed periods to discuss matters of interest e.g. the housing market in general as it went and is still going through challenges in terms of supply outstripping demand. I never felt pressured into making any decisions. Given the competitive market I was delighted to sell. I did like the video provided as it would provide prospective purchasers with a really good feel for the property. Once the sale was agreed I was impressed with the seamless handling of the sale behind the scenes with a joined up team and in particular Nicola who was proactive in chasing solicitors and agents within the chain to keep things on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Douglas and Dean and thanks to the whole team Andy, Nicola, Jake and Tracey (and of course Milo??????)Bond Oxborough Phillips - Torrington

Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice. The team was always truthful about prices and options and we were immensely impressed with the service. Thoroughly recommended.
