In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.

Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.- 1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a complicated move from Christchurch to Braunton this summer, having to pull out of 2 properties and finally settling on a third when there was very little on the market, being homeless for 3 months whilst waiting for solicitors to complete their tasks. It was difficult, but throughout that time I could always rely on the friendly voices at Phillip Smith and Dunn in Braunton. Both Vincent Brock and Cleeve Pugsley were so helpful, always full of understanding and advice. No request was too demanding and no problem was ever too difficult. I can wholeheartedly recommend them, not only for their expertise and professionalism, but for their understanding and patience during the most difficult of times.

A big nod to Aidan and Hollie for all their work and help !- 15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout.<br>When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner.<br>We had a fab sales progresser who was always on the end of the phone behind the scenes making sure we had a smooth sale for both parties involved this was a bonus!<br>We have been very lucky with a quick smooth sale and would highly recommend the branch ??

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

Having lived there myself for over 18 years, selling was a big decision for me and there was naturally a lot of emotion attached to moving on. They handled everything professionally, while still giving the process a really personal touch.<br><br>The first people to view my house made an offer and I ended up with exactly what I was hoping to achieve. They were first-time buyers and, from the outset, seemed like ideal buyers for our home, so we were delighted.<br><br>Then came the task of finding a new home.<br>A special mention has to go to Andy, who helped us well before we had even found the property we eventually moved to. When we were trying to secure another property, Andy went above and beyond to help us, and the effort he put in during what was a particularly stressful time was genuinely appreciated. Although that purchase ultimately didn’t work out, despite all of our best efforts, Andy continued to be incredibly helpful and supportive, and we always felt that he genuinely wanted to help us find the right outcome. This included reaching out on social media on our behalf.<br><br>The sale itself wasn’t always straightforward, particularly towards the end, but Andy and Nicola remained helpful, approachable and persistent throughout. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful process considerably easier.<br><br>We’re now happily settled into our new home and can look back on the whole process knowing that we had a great team behind us.<br><br>A huge thank you to Andy, Nicola and everyone at Douglas & Dean. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

3rd Nov 2026 (0 days ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start. Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.

The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
