Pete was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He took the time to explain the current market, gave us clear and honest advice about our property, and talked us through the best way to achieve a successful sale without putting any pressure on us. We came away feeling confident that Pete really understands the local market and genuinely has our best interests at heart. His advice was straightforward, realistic and reassuring, which made the decision much easier for us. For those reasons, we’ve decided to choose Pete and S J Smith to sell our home. We feel we’ll be in very capable hands and would happily recommend Pete to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Although my purchase took awhile which was no fault of the estate agents I’ve had complete confidence in BOP for their professionalism. I’ve found Sienna to be truly outstanding and hope that this is the start of a good relationship going forward with BOP.
1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
4th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Isabel at Strutt & Parker was excellent from start to finish. She helped us sell our house and buy our new one, was always on top of everything, responsive and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Exeter.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We are exceptionally pleased of the service from start to finish that we received from Webbers Braunton Estate Agents and highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home. Having sought advice from a number of estate agents in the local area, the professionalism and confidence we received from Webbers was second to none. Their commission was slightly higher than others, but their commitment, honesty and attention to detail was certainly worth every single penny. The promotional material and photographs were exceptionally detailed and therefore gave their customers a true insight into our home whilst creating significant interest and multiple viewings. The level of communication from the whole team at Webbers is by far their biggest strength, this was apparent throughout from the initial stages when receiving offers, to the regular progress updates, right up to our purchase and sale. Despite a very last minute and disappointing breakdown in the chain for our out of area buyers prior to completion, the whole team at Webbers worked incredibly hard to regularly advise, guide and support our buyers to ensure a swift rebuild of the chain whilst maintaining regular communication with all parties. This level of communication continued right up to our final exchange date. The whole team clearly works hard at keeping detailed notes and updates for each of their clients as no matter who we called and spoke to at the office, they were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. If I could award more than 5 stars I would!!!

Our sale and purchase both suffered loss of chain issues, but the team kept things moving until we reached the positive outcome we are very pleased with. Special mentions to Sophie, who was our main contact when placing our home on the market, Jake who kept things moving throughout, and Val who progressed the chain towards exchange and completion. We are very happy to recommend Webbers as a trusted Estate Agents in North Devon.

Lee, Hannah and Sharon worked hard to find out what he actually wanted and his main priorities.<br>Location required near Northam Type of property a flat .Things needed nearby a shop and bus stop within walking distance.<br>A property that did not have a expensive maintenance contract.<br>All for under £150.000.<br>Armed with this knowledge we were shown the first flat that ticked all the boxes.<br>We were also shown other flats to help him decide.<br>Without the help and patience from Lee, Hannah and Sharon I don't think I would have been able to find just what my cousin required and I think moving him would have been very difficult. I am pleased to say he is delighted and is settling in very well. Thanks for your expert help

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

As it was our first time in the area, we really appreciated how effortlessly she took us around three different properties while also going above and beyond to show us around and help us get a feel for the place.<br><br>It was an absolute pleasure chatting with her throughout - she was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to spend time with. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
