12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

23rd Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.
30th May 2026 (15 days ago)The staff at Webber's Estate Agents at the Torrington branch were outstanding. Truly dedicated professionals. I had committed and friendly support all the way from start to finish. Three fantasic individuals in particular who I mainly dealt with, deserve a special mention, who not only in their own right are worth their weight in gold, but together their qualities and brilliance made the team really shine; Adrian Hardwick for offering his valuable professional advice and guidance, Mark Way for his super friendly professional and kind help with the viewings along with the lovely Sarah Megson who also progressed my sale with the upmost dedication and diligence. They listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. Not forgetting a big thank you to the others in the office. They really are a credit to this branch. Their support made me feel like I was their only customer on account of the attention they gave me and how focused they were on getting my property sold. I cannot speak highly enough of them and certainly recommend this branch. Thank you "Team Torrington" you are the best! ??????????????????

Allways there, always communicating, having a vast knowledge of the area, building a deep trusting relationship from the start. I can't thank her enough. 16th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track) From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times. We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded. Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.

10th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.

From step 1 we were very pleased with the service we received - Becky was super helpful on our first ever viewing, guiding and reassuring us. She had taken the time to write down lots of information for us so she could answer any of our questions - this is something that we didn’t have with most other estate agents! After we had chosen our property, Sharon and Hannah kept us informed the whole way, checking in with us regularly. We are very grateful for everyone’s time and would 100% recommend buying through Regency!

11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.
