Emma was fantastic—her consistent communication, warmth, and professionalism made the process as smooth as can be. We always felt supported and well-informed. Highly recommend!
1st Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted. Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response. They were well organised and enthusiastic team.

16th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track) From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times. We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded. Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.
2nd Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We would like to say a big ' Thankyou ' to William for his excellent care & for the 10 star ?????? service he showed us whilst we navigated purchasing our new home here in Devon. He has constantly been chasing solicitors on both sides. He is a wonderful calm negotiator, during stressful times. From the beginning of first viewing , up until exchanging today , he has been the upmost professional & nothing gas been to much trouble for him . Very rare in this buisness , to find someone with such consideration & empathy. Thankyou . Well done jackson-stops for employing such a great chap.
10th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.

As a family we cannot praise all of the staff at Regency enough for the above and beyond service that they provided, from communicating with us and liaising with plumbers for access, scanning mail and checking in on the house for us - thank you all so much. 22nd Apr 2026 (3 days ago)Worst Barnstaple estate agent IMHO As a seller I contacted most estate agents via the Rightmove app; you enquire with one agent and it asks you if you want to send to all others. I received auto-responses from each. I emailed all back all with specifics of our home and what we were were looking to buy (we wanted to downsize from our existing 6/7 bedrooms to 4 and would consider buying in advance of moving out and renovating). I received responses from everyone, many very keen due to our property address. Woolliams was probably the most generic lacklustre response of all of them. I followed up by checking out each agent's location and portfolio. No disrespect to Woolliams, but their non-prime location and lower end mostly for rent portfolio (absolutely no shame in that) meant they were unsuitable IMHO to sell our existing home. As a buyer We saw a listing by Woolliams on Rightmove that was in a very good location in Newport but needed significant renovation. I enquired and made a viewing appointment. We met Danny Woolliams at the property and he seemed agitated as he got out his car. I am wheelchair bound and he made no effort to assist (e.g. allow us to park closer on the driveway); other agents showing us other properties were very helpful, not Danny. He refused to help me get in the house; other agents helped when viewing elsewhere. Danny clearly had not read the emails I sent him to explain what we wanted; he asked “What is it you are looking for?”. I have a speech defect (which is why I set out our wish list in the emails) but Danny made no attempt to listen; he simply said “Look, I don't understand you” and then proceeded to talk over me while I was explaining things to my wife. What made it worse is he completely trashed the property we came to view, telling us point by point how bad it was, which was bizarre. Of course, Danny was actually dissing the one we had come to view and started trying to switch us onto a completely different (in every way, including the area / location) property on the basis it was what we really should be looking for in his opinion! In short, Danny was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. I complained about his conduct by email but was met with denial of wrongdoing. A few days later, my wife asked me to enquire for her about another property (I told her I did not want to view as it clearly had issues from reading between the details lines, and I did not really want to meet with Danny again). I made an enquiry for her anyway, but she was / we were ignored. When we followed up (RSVP) a couple of times, Danny refused to show it to her / me (I already said I wasn't going to view with her but asked about some apparent issues with it). No loss for me but my wife was upset to have been treated like she was (she did not say anything critical to Danny and the property we were looking to buy would be hers, in her name alone as I have MND and only a limited time to live, it makes sense). I could have said much more in my review but held back. e.g. Some of what Danny told us about other clients was totally inappropriate if not unlawful.

11th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

I even got to view the house a second time to measure up etc.prior to moving in. Very professional lady, everything was dealt with promptly and it was a very smooth, fast and trouble free process. 8th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)All the staff are easy to deal with, friendly, kind and professional. This is by far the best estate agency we have had dealings with. You really feel they have your back and they have bent over backwards to sell our house and progress the sale to completion. They have actually made the process enjoyable, a first! They are a really great bunch of human beings, not a comment often connected with this profession. We would highly recommend them and have already done so.

27th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)This estate agents is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure to come across. After several emails and a phone call we agreed on a date and time to view a property on their books we waited patiently for nearly an hour outside the property at the agreed date and time leaving several voice mail messages on their landline in the office they finally sent me a message (didn’t even call me) with some lame excuse no signal but they managed to pick up my voice mail ok. The message denied any communication even when I sent them the emails they then tried to say I had not confirmed the confirmation email but I had actually spoke to them on the phone how many confirmations did they require I am afraid I could never recommend this agent either for buying or selling they obviously need further training in customer service as theirs is non existent and improvement in their own communication abilities
