Everything was handled with the utmost efficiency, getting established was incredibly simple and friendly professionalism was maintained throughout the hasty process. I have experience with letting agents across the UK and in France and can say that this was the least stressful relocation experience I have undertaken in the past 20 years. I had an issue with a leak about a week ago and Nikki from the team was an absolute star. She lost no time whatsoever getting in touch with the appropriate parties and checked up on me multiple times a day until the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend!

She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress. With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her. What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
24th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.- 7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Clyde have been fantastic to deal with, really great service and communication. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Mr Brian Tait was the lawyer he explained everything in detail, what my expectations should be what the courts would look at etc and the overall process. The secretaries were first class to considering the level of contact I had sometimes you feel like your pestering people but with this firm I was always reassured and treated with proffesionalism from top to bottom. Can't speak highly enough of the whole team. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
