23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)The sales team especially Katy, have been great, very friendly helpful and cheery ,I was a bit disappointed in what the first agent said I could get for my house , he said £10,000 more and think he went more with what I was hoping to get , think all estate agents do need to remember that although they do this all the time buyers and sellers don't, so a bit more explanation and contact would be good, this is not just Move 8 , its most estate agents , my friends had same experience with other estate agents , all in all job done , now onto the legal team .
21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)During the initial appointment/consultation, Jayne Smith provided an extremely comprehensive overview of the current property market in general as well as in my local area. She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Starting from the date my of application to viewing the property even when i requested the rent should be reduce and my request was granted, down to the day i collected the house key the whole process was smooth and great, nice meeting you all at slater Hogg falkirk. pardon me to call out some name, Craig and lorraine you both are awesome. Lastly I enjoyed the communication, by email, sms, and telephone calls most especially how the staff pass information between theirself so fast and quick what ever conversation I did with one I do not need to start all over again we just kick off and do the necessary. Kudos to you all.

10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I had three different estate agents out to look at selling my mum's flat in Stirling and I was immediately impressed with Gareth from Slater Hogg and Howison in Stirling and the services that they provided. Gareth was very well informed about the local property market and very accurately predicted the timing and price that we could expect for the sale. Once Slater Hogg were appointed, I was looked after very well by Eva in the Stirling office, who kept me well informed of the progress of the sale and was always there to answer any questions and give me advice. Between Gareth and Eva, I was very well supported by the Slater Hogg Stirling team and would recommend them highly for the sale of any properties in Stirling and the surrounding area.

O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

From the initial consultation to completion, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent at every stage, and they were always available to answer questions and provide clear guidance, which made the whole experience stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Allen and Harris to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.- 6th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Clyde property Stirling have recently sold our house. It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.
2nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.

Emails are sent in a patronising and rude tone. It used to be if there was an issue it was sorted asap but now everything takes forever. Thankfully I won't have to as I bought a property but I'd never rent through them again and I'd never recommend them.

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

9th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We were fairly rusty when it came to selling a property. So from the very beginning we were impressed by Debbie's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. We sold our house Clark Street at the end of 2025. The whole process was clear, there were no hidden costs and Debbie was very attentive to every detail. She kept in contact all the way through the process. We had a couple of times when buyers were mucking us about (putting in offers and then removing them. Also making appointments then cancelling, then re booking) She took it all in her stride, negotiated and kept going back to them to chase up issues. So looking back, she took a lot of the stress out of the process and would definitely use her service again and recommend her personal, effective, competitively priced approach. She really knows this areas market. Thank you Debbie!

From the very beginning, it was clear they take a genuinely customer-first approach, and that really sets them apart. They also helped me find my first home, which is something I’ll always be grateful for — it’s an experience that means a lot to me, and for that they’ll always have a special place in my journey. Whenever any issues arose, they were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication was always prompt, and you could tell they actually cared about resolving problems properly rather than just ticking boxes. Every concern I raised was taken seriously and actioned without unnecessary delays, which made a big difference. What stands out most is that they’re a small, family-run business, and it shows in the level of service you receive. Everything feels more personal, attentive, and considerate compared to larger agencies where you can feel like just another tenant.
