Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

29th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. We had maximum support , never lied too, they were completely honest. We made friends with the team. 18th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Like Gloucester city homes they are implementing (VFM) Value for money procedures, meaning all sevices including Maintenance, ASB and other services, have been cut back drastically in the last 10 hrs, this is to gain a high V rating.<br><br>I would advise anyone with issues to collate and photo the problems as evidence, then send it to the REGULATOR OF SOCIAL HOUSING.<br><br>These housing associations are actually breaking the strict rules set by the REGULATOR.
