31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year.. Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.

Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.

He was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and the wider purchase process, and was always happy to answer questions or talk things through. Importantly, I never once felt pressured. He struck exactly the right balance between being proactive in keeping things moving and available when needed, without ever coming across as pushy or overly sales-driven. Thanks to his approach, the purchase progressed smoothly and completed successfully, which made the whole experience feel far more straightforward than I had expected as a first-time buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steven and the team at WPR to anyone buying or selling.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

Jennifer and Clare at Surrey Abodes were not only very professional at all times but were also mindful of the stress I was under and never rushed me or put me under any pressure. They were kind and considerate. Clare would make sure I was update with everything and explained and advised in a way that was easy to understand. They will be honest with you about your property but there is no hard selling tactics. Surrey Abodes is a small independent Estate Agents and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
