1st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Moving from the United States was already a big task and MRC's willingness to work with us to overcome the hurdles and advocate for us to the landlord was essential in securing a flat. Everyone was pleasant and patient and we appreciate it.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

Everyone from director Matthew, Charlotte and Ian are all very professional, friendly, most of all caring and extremely knowledgeable, both on the legitimation and handling of any issues arises. I couldn't praise the team enough for what they've done. Particularly Charlotte, she is really on the ball, excellent communication skills and we wouldn't have moved without her advice and assistance.<br>A Big Well done and Thank you to your Ellougton team. 5 + stars service.
25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Recently sold our lovely property in Swanland with Staniford Grays. Ben was knowledgeable and knew the local market very well. The whole team Jane, Alice and Liz were fantastic, all viewings were accompanied and feedback was immediate and detailed. Particular thanks to Liz for progressing this through to completion for our family. I would highly recommend them.- 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)There are a lot of estate agents out there wanting to sell your property and a lot of them putting pressure on you to sell with them. I found that Philip Bannister put no I pressure on me when they came to value my property. Time was not an issue when doing the valuation. Everything was done professionally and explained in great detail. The staff are all very polite and extremely helpful when dealing with viewing appointments. The feedback y o u get is excellent even if there is no feedback they inform you that they called and unable to speak to the person who viewed your property. I have also viewed properties through Philip Bannister and again the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Unknown to me a friend is selling her property and after chatting she is using Philip Bannister and like myself she would highly recommend selling through them. She said that she has used other estate agents and had bad experiences with them, like myself.

I regret not choosing them to sell our house, but after how our purchase was handled I will definitely be using them in the future! Bryony almost single-handedly kept me sane throughout the buying process :)

27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

The most amazing professional lady in the office who managed our property Leanne Keeble. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went above and beyond. Taking the stress out of moving. Always keeping us updated with progress. Will always be greatful for the support and professionalism of Leanne
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Throughout the whole process they were approachable, professional and provided sound advice to us. Although our ‘quick sale’ took longer than expected Claire was persistent in following up, chasing and keeping us informed- we felt that she was indeed proactively working for us as the clients which was not our experience with a previous sale through other agents. Thank you! We’d recommend Wigwam.
