5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months
They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.
All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open
Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.
And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????
8th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have been renting though Ideal Lettings Homes good few years in London. They always helped whenever help was needed. They have never leave us without reply. We can fully recommend this property agency! 5 stars well deserved! Especially we would like to thanks Amna. She is totally star!
10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Agency Gave house without cleaning and struggled a lot and faced worst time of time of one month with bed bug bitting. Also they dint take responsibility. So vacated with in one month and stayed most of my time outside the bed bug flat during that one month time
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.
8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Absolute worse agents ever had unfortunate experience with. Completely unreliable, unprofessional & no integrity. Incompetent staff from top down. AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!
30th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My son has just bought his first house through Yellands and has had a really good experience dealing with them. My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!
15th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Couldn’t fault the quality of service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
9th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We've rented though them for 5 years and are very pleased with their service. Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very good services, I am happy for that

15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)This is by far the best renting agency I have dealt with. From the initial viewing right through to moving out, the team was absolutely brilliant. They were always responsive, sorted any queries quickly, and handled all the documentation seamlessly. It is rare to find an agency that genuinely cares throughout the entire journey. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend for all.

3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Very smart indeed! We were a walk in and although they had two parties going on they found a slot for us to have a quick cocktail. Good service and we had the sweetest hostess.
5th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)They book you in for viewing while it’s already gaven to someone else basically, they just waste your time ??????
26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Felt a higher price could easily been obtained on this desirable semi- detached extended residence, set in a quiet cul- de-sac with parking for 4 cars , plus a detached garage and well kept lawns and gardens.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Great experience buying our house through Jerome. He was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Would definitely recommend him!
