12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. They were able to help us find Solicitors. And helped the process go through quickly and smoothly - sold our house within 24hrs, and we were moved within two months!! A special thanks to James and Angie!

Been told by other estate agents that any one who still uses these excuses or just plan lazy- 13th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Marks & Mann's staff at the Stowmarket office were always courteous, positive and supportive, throughout the process of selling my home. They were respectful of my property and communications were excellent. Highly recommend.

He was proactive, chasing the purchasers their estate agent and solicitor but with tact and diplomacy so that relationships remained amicable and the sale eventually completed without any dramas. Liz and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team at the Ipswich office.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!- 22nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Recently sold a house with Hamilton Smith Claydon and they were excellent!
