The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Recently sold a mobile home through Edward Barclay, who were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were proactive in marketing and selling the property, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, keeping me informed of developments as they happened. Darren, Nellie & Robert were friendly and easy to deal with and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

I dealt with David who was incredibly helpful in both providing his insights and offering advice as it was my first purchase. David was very quick to reply making organising viewings/surveys/etc easy to organise with completion just over two months after the first contact. I highly recommend David at Martin and Wheatley and would be glad to use their services again!
