They all listened and helped me through my property search, culminating in my purchase. They clearly had listened to my needs and offered solutions. I had moved to the UK in September '23 and was not familiar with the UK property market; a 10star recommendation if you're looking to buy.

Ruby handled the negotiations and the correspondence between the owners and lawyers and Quinton did most of the viewings. What an amazing team, Ruby was always quick to respond and kept us informed the whole way and did everything to make both sides happy and Quinton was like something out of grand designs, pointing out all the things we could do with the property and how to maximise the space and opportunities. Felt like we got a bonus experience when buying our first home. 17th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????
