14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! All through the process they have been incredibly supportive and the communication has been exceptional. A massive thanks from Debs and I

Both my wife and I have felt like we have been managed very professionally and allowed the flexibility we needed throughout the process. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but KF seemed to do everything in their power to get us to our desired outcome. I know when we next need these services we’ll be knocking on the door at the Cobham branch and asking for Victoria.

The team at the Great Bookham office was very supportive throughout the lease signing process; they responded promptly and provided the guidance we needed to finalise it.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.
17th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

They also work so well as a team in the Dorking branch, offering support whenever needed in a process that is never straightforward, but their knowledge and guidance was so helpful throughout. 11th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years.<br>I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant.<br>Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting.<br>Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required.<br>I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase.<br>Dave and his team go the extra mile!<br><br>Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property.<br>I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain".<br>He is very organised and an excellent communicator.<br>Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. He achieved the sale price which I had hoped for.<br>I cannot recommend him enough to entrust with the sale of your property.<br>He and his team worked hard and fully deserve their commission!

Having not sold a property for 38 years the whole process felt very new and quite daunting. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
