14th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! Dan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the sale of our property in Cobham, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.<br><br>This isn’t the first property I have sold with Dan, and the fact that I’ve chosen to use him again speaks volumes. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable, helpful and on hand whenever I needed him.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan and the team at Knight Frank again, and we look forward to working with them on the next sale.

They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your sale or purchase.

18th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.
17th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

They have always been very helpful, supporting in finding the right tenants, managing all maintenance requirements and making the whole process run smoothly. The team get to know their clients well, bringing a personal touch to all interactions. I would highly recommend them.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)James Anson accompanied me on four viewings in the Dorking area and was friendly, approachable and refreshingly honest about each property. What impressed me most was witnessing his interaction with vendors. Three were present during the viewings, and James treated them with genuine warmth, empathy and professionalism.<br>I usually find house viewings quite daunting and not particularly enjoyable, but James made the whole experience comfortable, engaging and positive. A real asset to Barnard Marcus and someone I would happily recommend.

He recently sold our Mother's house in Ashtead, which had a few hiccups along the way and took a long time to get over the finish line. Mark remained calm throughout and gave us good guidance, in what was for us an emotional and difficult time.

31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
