10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)It did take a while to get viewings and I was the one making calls rather than answering returns, but the agents were very busy and juggled to get me 2 viewings close together. Demi took us to both properties and made as much time for us as we needed and answered our questions. Any that she couldn't answer she promptly checked and emailed answers back. I may not have bought via Frank innes in the end as the properties werent quite what I was after but the experience with Frank Innes and Demi was great and I thank the team for their help searching for "The one". Reccomend the team at Ashby

30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)We feel that Ashley Adams overpriced our property initially and failed to sell it in almost 9 months with an average of one viewing per month even after two price reductions. 25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…!
