21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I’m trying to sell my current house and wanted to view a property with Belvoir . They refused to let me view the property and told me only 45 mins before the viewing as my current house is not sold yet. Ive never had any other estate agency refuse me a viewing for this reason .I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . 0 stars.

Cannot fault abode for their professionalism, communication and getting the viewers in to view the house. Always kept us informed on any little matter, viewings and feedback . So pleased we decided to go with abode. Would not hesitate in recommending abode to anyone wanting to sell , buy or rent.

The communication was regular and consistent, they were always available and helpful when needed. Our sale process was a breeze in comparison to our purchase. Emily got involved in chasing solicitors and the estate agent of the property we were purchasing to push things along, and it was definitely needed, the chain was managed end to end so we always knew what was going on and where the delays and sticking points were. Would recommend Alexanders and use them again for sure!

25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

They took care of everything, from arranging accompanied viewings to organising house clearance, which gave me real peace of mind. Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was not empressed to poor commucation and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply, to which did not happen my viewing was canceled due to the property was letted. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. The council says try private rented places whilst my application is being change due my sitution that has changed. So i will be informing council of poor excuses i was given that was given in our email exchange ...
