30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, the whole team were helpful, professional and supportive throughout what can sometimes be quite a stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the sale. She was always available to answer all my questions, kept me updated and, most importantly, reassured me whenever I was worried or unsure about anything. He came across as genuinely invested in selling our property, and his “no-pitch pitch” ticked all the right boxes.<br><br>Emily took us from signing the contract to having an offer accepted within just 4 days and did a fantastic job of keeping everything moving from there, making the sale genuinely hassle-free.<br><br>They’re both genuinely nice people and we really liked dealing with them. Most importantly, they delivered on the money too, achieving a price well above the recommendations of the competing agents.<br><br>A great service from start to finish.
