From the initial valuation through to completion, Anup and the whole team were professional, approachable and extremely helpful.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, particularly when there are lots of moving parts, but Anup made the process feel much more manageable. He was always available when we needed him, kept us regularly updated and dealt with any issues quickly and sensibly. We always felt that he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us rather than simply treating it as another transaction.<br><br>The communication throughout was particularly impressive, and his knowledge of the local market and experience really showed. The wider Oadby Estates team were also friendly and helpful whenever we dealt with them.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Anup and Oadby Estates to anyone looking to sell their property. Excellent service from start to finish.

From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.

Everyone was genuinely friendly, supportive and went above and beyond to help make it happen.<br><br>A special thank you to Amy and Denise, who were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always approachable, kept me updated, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re buying your first home, you’re in safe hands.

David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

3rd Sep 2026 (26 days ago)I really strongly recommend Focus Property. They handled the sale of my flat and also looked after it as a rental for me, so I've seen them work from both sides. Both times they were excellent.<br><br>Megi and Glen were my main points of contact, but honestly, everyone I dealt with in the team was the same: knowledgeable, straight with me, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than just the quick one. They know the local market properly and they're well connected across the industry.<br><br>That mattered, because my sale had its fair share of challenges. There were points where things got complicated and progress stalled, and at every one of them Focus kept me informed, chased what needed chasing, and never left me guessing where things stood. Communication was consistent throughout.<br><br>Buying, selling or renting is a big deal, financially and emotionally, and a lot of it comes down to whether you trust the people acting for you. With Focus I always felt I was in safe hands. If you're looking for an agent in the area, start here.

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but they were so supportive and helpful from start to finish. Shairoz was always there to answer my questions, talk me through everything and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.<br><br>They went above and beyond in helping with not only the house purchase, but also the mortgage and solicitor side of things, which made such a huge difference.
