They sold our house in just 6 days, and we had an offer accepted on our new home within the same week. Even more impressively, a chain involving four properties was fully completed within just 12 weeks, which is almost unheard of in today's market. Their professionalism, communication, and social media presence are second to none. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are. They don't just sit back and wait for things to happen—they actively push everything forward, working closely with solicitors and keeping everyone updated. Their WhatsApp group updates were invaluable and helped keep what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and worry-free as possible. The support didn't stop once the house was sold. They were there every step of the way before, during, and after the sale, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. It's rare to find a company willing to go so far above and beyond their remit, but that's exactly what they do. 24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
