28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I think the original estimate was much too high and has wasted time, I have reduced the price by 10K and still no interest
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor communication when trying to put in an offer on a house.
1st Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.

5th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Brilliant service with fast and easy to understand updates. Thank you to Sophie and the team for making it stress free.
7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.
So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.
Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.
He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.
We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.
I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.
The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.
26th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)Dawn was fantastic in supporting us through the sale of our property. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. We can’t thank Dawn and Charlotte enough for the support and would highly recommend!!
7th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)A very helpful and friendly Estate Agent.
10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)One of the best burgers I have ever had and that includes those I've had in different places in America. Great food, excellent service and price

9th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Would recommend. Very proactive in chasing my buyers solicitor up, which was challenging at times. Very professional service from Adam and the team who all kept me well informed.
7th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????- 22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first phone call to SSTC Sarah had been Extremely helpful and knowledgeable .
12th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We are over the moon with our new home! As first-time buyers, we had a million questions, but Katy at Elwy was an absolute star throughout the whole journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
She made what could have been a stressful process feel so exciting and easy! Huge thanks to Katy and the wonderful team at Elwy for helping our first-home dream come true! ????????????? thank you for our new home gift and card ??????
6th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)LL Estate Agents were exceptional. We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
16th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)A big thank you to James Wright for showing me around Yr Hen Stablau this afternoon. His friendly demeanor and local knowledge were very helpful and reasuring to me. I will definately put in an application to rent this property long term. Anne
7th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Harvey was amazing nothing to much trouble, extremely knowledgeable answered all our questions what a nice guy . Couldn’t be happier .
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.
29th Sep 2026 (25 days ago)Fixed mythermostat no bother
30th Sep 2026 (24 days ago)Flawless process start to finish! Brian communicated clearly throughout and was always supportive when the process started to get frustrating! Highly recommended!
Candor Property - Liverpool
15a, Tiger Court Kings Business Park, Prescot , Liverpool, L34 1BD(28 reviews)
14th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Wish I could put less than 1 star. James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
24th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)I have never dealt with an agent who was so proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and above all communicative. It wasn’t just one member of staff but the whole team who made the selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. Adam Palmer was especially impressive and as I assume is the team leader certainly filters his ethos down to his staff. All in all a great experience. Excellent
