5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Great place to work in a lovely location with the best team :)
15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.
15th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Jean and Lesley are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If I was selling a property in the area I would definitely choose Coast and Marina!- 29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)The whole team are nice and friendly can’t fault them in anyways the whole experience was simple and easy with help whenever needed making the whole process smooth for our move.

Big shout out to Ruby & Lucy
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!
26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Dawn was fantastic in supporting us through the sale of our property. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. We can’t thank Dawn and Charlotte enough for the support and would highly recommend!!
30th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Great service from start to finish, the advice and support given were top drawer.
10th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Superb support from start to finish, many thanks to Christine, Fay, Jackie and Iwan
23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.

If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
12th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A beautiful green space with differentiated areas, equally amazing and peaceful. Brings back childhood memories especially the walled garden and ponds. Visit recommended
12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)What a professional and friendly Company to deal with. Helen kept me up to date on each step of the way, making a stressful situation much less stressful. House was sparkling clean upon arrival and we have settled in very nicely thanks to Helen and her team. I would highly reccomend the whole Team at Monopoly in Denbigh.

16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.
29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fixed mythermostat no bother
