Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely outstanding, and I would particularly like to mention James Leach, who went above and beyond his duties to ensure that everything was in place and kept on track. Sophie Ayaz was also extremely diligent in dealing with the legalities and kept the whole process flowing! I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters, who deserve the highest possible praise imaginable,for their professionalism,communication and utter dedication and commitment to unparalleled service, that really sets the bar! Thank you to everyone in the Harrogate branch for all of your hard work and for being such lovely, kind people!

The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!

25th May 2026 (21 days ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! The speed at which they responded to emails was incredible—nothing was ever too much trouble. Gary was outstanding; every time we emailed, he answered all our questions thoroughly, leaving us never in doubt about what was happening. He was always polite, kind, and so understanding of the stress involved. On top of that, he went above and beyond by chasing solicitors, something we didn’t expect, and it made a huge difference in keeping things on track. We also want to thank Jeremy for making our sale as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better support—truly outstanding!
