The whole team has been helpful and good to communicate with, shouldn’t mention names but Amie and Sarah have kept me supplied with statements and bills efficiently not forgetting Harry who has managed what to me are large items for example roof replacement, rewire and complete decoration with ease, not to mention speed.
I have the situation now of selling a property and have had no hesitation in engaging Belvoir to manage the full sale.
I would recommend Belvoir to any one considering renting out for the first time and the more hardened larger property owner.

The staff was very good but the preparation of the apartment was very poor, which has to reflect on the company. Many areas were not clean and the shower head didn't work, flying off at the first attempt at a shower. Great introduction to my new home.
The inventory was not correct in several areas, which is potentially very serious for the incoming tenant.
Fancy repair reporting system online but in view of my concerns, felt the company should have talked to me about these issues.
Also, I don't see why I have to go online to register a complaint or anything else. Being in the midst of moving is very stressful; a call from them would have been appreciated. Very poor customer service.
