23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
