Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

8th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The ladies at Sealeys were wonderful. The circumstances around the sale were difficult and they were, not only extremely efficient, but were kind and sensitive. I was dreading the whole process but they made it easy.
23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.

1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

Communication was fantastic throughout, and whenever we had a question, we were able to get answers straight away without any chasing or delays.<br><br>We had two house sales and the purchase of our new home all to get over the line, which was no small task, but the team went above and beyond to help make it happen. They were proactive, supportive and clearly committed to getting everything across the finish line for us.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, especially when there are multiple transactions involved, but they made us feel supported every step of the way. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
