Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

Viewings were being booked within minutes, and the house was sold within just a few days.<br>Karen made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I didn't have to deal with organising or conducting any viewings myself, as everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Excellent communication throughout and a fantastic result. Their communication is fantastic, every member of the team is friendly, approachable and helpful, and Irene herself has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I’ve never felt like I was just another potential buyer, they are extremely supportive and you can feel that they genuinely care. Thank you so much to Irene and the whole team!

12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I recently sold my flat with R&G estate agents.<br>Victoria(sales) sold my flat to a second viewer within 2 weeks. I was really pleased with her professionalism and help she gave me.<br>I've been letting the flat out with R&G over the past 20 years and have found the staff (Linda and Carolyn)professional and helpful during that time.<br>I must also mention Niamh and Maria for their help with legal matters.
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing.<br>They have been constantly helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.<br><br>They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood each step of the process, which was so reassuring as a first time buyer. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they have made the whole experience less stressful and a lot easier.<br><br>I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with them for mortgage advice!<br><br>Thanks so much again to you both!

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property.
