28th May 2024 (1 year ago)House sold for £173k after original valuation was £215k due to market conditions. Had to contact the Office at times to try and get some action. We were forgotten about at times.

11th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I've often wondered why you pay an estate agent so much for just advertising a house for sale. Well this time we found out why. Through a difficult sale, Aimee and Janet chased, organised and pushed solicitors and other buyers and just made it happen when it regularly looked like it wouldn't. Also a big thank you to Nicole for the original sales valuations etc which were spot on and achieved what we needed. A great team - thank you so much.

18th May 2023 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

Special mentions to the lady who turned up at viewings for us and also the lovely team answering the phones. Gina, i'm sure went above and beyond her duties to find information for me and keep me abreast of what was happening. If you are looking for an estate agent for either selling or buying Good Life have the friendliest team and honestly 5 stars is not enough.

24th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Estate agent Vikki Allison very unprofessional, terrible service n simply does not care to sell your property. Not informed of potential buyers whom a couple having to contact me directly making me aware of their lack of help. Not even informed prior to viewings, sent reminder only night before. Board still left broken outside for weeks now when told fixed in 2 days. Advert incorrect stating '1 bathroom' when there are 2 bathrooms in fact . 3 toilets in total with 4 bedrooms. Left unchanged for a month after notifying them. Was told initially by Vikki I would be looked after as having mental health concerns but this woman, it would seem, deliberately sabotages any success. 20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

They both provided excellent recommendations on how to best sell the property, from landscaping to staging etc. Clear and consistent communication, ensuring I was always in the loop on how things were progressing, and were successful in selling the property.
