28th May 2024 (1 year ago)House sold for £173k after original valuation was £215k due to market conditions. Had to contact the Office at times to try and get some action. We were forgotten about at times.

18th May 2023 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Thom, the owner, was especially helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all of our questions, addressed every concern promptly, and made sure we felt supported at every stage. He is genuinely lovely, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. We are very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Hunters to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly estate and letting agent. ??????????
2nd Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading
27th Feb 2026 (11 days ago)The journey of selling our family home of 23+ years through WalkersXchange couldn't have gone better. Right from the get go they were engaged with our property, amenable to our requests and willing to go the extra mile. The quality of the photography made us consider wanting to put in an offer for our home! We were actually away on holiday during the sale of our home (it took just two weeks to have a confirmed sale) but John did a fantastic job of showing people around the property even looking after a little one in the garden so her parents had time to look around without distraction. John's advice was also invaluable when we came to 'best and final' offers. The support did not stop at the memorandum of sale but continued with frequent communication throughout the whole of the selling process and WalkersXchange provided an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. Thank you to all of you for making this often complex journey so pain free; we have highly recommended you to friends and family.
24th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Estate agent Vikki Allison very unprofessional, terrible service n simply does not care to sell your property. Not informed of potential buyers whom a couple having to contact me directly making me aware of their lack of help. Not even informed prior to viewings, sent reminder only night before. Board still left broken outside for weeks now when told fixed in 2 days. Advert incorrect stating '1 bathroom' when there are 2 bathrooms in fact . 3 toilets in total with 4 bedrooms. Left unchanged for a month after notifying them. Was told initially by Vikki I would be looked after as having mental health concerns but this woman, it would seem, deliberately sabotages any success. I have read all of these reviews n I am far from the first to receive a disgraceful experience.

Rachel and Victoria from the team were so helpful, I dont think I would have got to the end of the sale without their support. The whole team stayed in regular contact with me and after a terrible experience with the solicitor, who I never spoke to once, Rachel and her team became my main source of information and communication. 20th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Their attention to detail and service is excellent our property sold in less than 24 hours and that was down to their level of expertise.
