28th May 2024 (2 years ago)House sold for £173k after original valuation was £215k due to market conditions. Had to contact the Office at times to try and get some action. We were forgotten about at times.

She was helpful throughout the whole process and very patient when we ran into a few hiccups with the house. Ellie always offered great advice and support, helping us get everything sorted. We can’t thank her enough for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agent.

They have been brilliant helping me with my family’s first house and would recommend to literally EVERYONE!

18th May 2023 (3 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!
