From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. His communication, dedication, and support helped make what can often be a stressful process much smoother and far less daunting. Thank you again, Ethan, for all your hard work and support. 11th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

They have always been fantastic and I can find little to fault them over the years that I was with them, and the way they managed the invitable bumps that emerged along the way.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
