The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

26th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)This is our third attempt at moving and we've finally done it. The two previous attempts didn't happen because we couldn't find a property to suit. On both of these occasions, we used David James as our selling agent, and both times our house sold very quickly. We used them on our third and final attempt too. We wouldn't have used anyone else. All involved are extremely professional, but friendly too, and calming at stressful times. We're adamant that we won't be moving again in the future, now that we've found "the one", but if we did, we know without question who'd we use.

11th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

As a first-time landlord, I was naturally a little nervous about renting out my property, but they made the entire process so much easier. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me so much reassurance every step of the way.<br><br>I really appreciate the high standards they have, not only for landlords but also for tenants. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care have made me feel completely confident that my property is in safe hands.<br><br>They have truly gone above and beyond to put me at ease throughout the whole process, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have Marriotts manage my property. From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. Having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. 18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
