28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)From my own research and reading reviews etc Peter Lane was going to be my preferred choice of Agent, then after a chance conversation with a neighbour they explained that they were moving house that Peter Lane had sold their property ( No board) I met with Gavin to discuss my sale and my particular circumstance as I dog owner and with a disability I foresaw that viewings might have some challenges, Gavin was fabulous from the offset and we developed a plan with him and his team in mind. The plan worked to the letter and I’d like to think that it was as seamless for the viewers as it was for me, Gavin’s team are a stellar cast and personable, knowledgeable and just so practical and wise. I’ve been kept informed throughout I’ve chosen the best style of communication for me and nothing has been too much trouble or inconvenience. Selling a house requires you to put yourself in a position of trust with the agent and I can honestly say the whole team have completely fulfilled their end of that agreement with bells on lol ?????? I cannot fault them or give areas for improvement.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. 23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We used Artistry to both sell our house and buy our new home and would highly recommend Barney and his team to anyone. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
27th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Young Residential is as good as it gets, I highly recommend it.<br>Duncan is professional, efficient and good to do business with.<br>He sold our house within 2 days of us placing it with the agency, and it all went smoothly until only 6 days before completion the buyer withdrew.<br>Duncan had it back on the market within hours, and it sold again the very next day. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?

Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!

The stress of selling and purchasing a home was made very simple in the capable and professional hands of Vanessa Newman. Amanda kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and made the final hurdle a smooth and stress free transition. A handy app gives you updates of progress throughout your case.
