Patrick Kavanagh couldn’t do enough to help and came across as a genuine ,friendly and trustworthy individual and a credit to his business and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any prospective buyer to get in contact and feel they are in good hands
23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

From the very start, they were fantastic communicators, professional, proactive, and clearly knew their craft. Within just three months, my property was sold. I honestly couldn’t believe the speed or the expertise of the team, but most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. A huge thank you to City & County for making the process feel seamless from start to finish.
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. Thanks a lot for your kind support so far.

We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.
1st Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was interested in a property in Coates but live over two hours away. I spoke to Carson who was very helpful. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.

We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! Thank you Steve! You are a legend!

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free.<br><br>I was warmly greeted outside by two lovely ladies, who were very friendly and helpful and made the handover easy.<br><br>I’d highly recommend Hurfords to anyone looking to buy a property. I’m very happy with the service I received!

26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience renting through this agency.<br><br>Before moving in, we were told that the apartment was ready for occupation and that many other residents had already moved into the building. However, after moving in, it became clear that we were actually one of the first residents, and many essential facilities were simply not ready.<br><br>Some of the issues we encountered included:<br><br>* No key fob was provided for building access or the car park.<br>* We were promised six months of free parking, yet the parking facilities were inaccessible.<br>* The apartment had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in. There was heavy dust throughout the property, including inside cupboards and on top of cabinets, and there were unfinished areas such as gaps in the kitchen skirting boards.<br>* There were no waste bins available we don’t know where rubbish should be disposed of.<br>* The mailboxes had not been labeled<br>* Delivery companies such as Amazon and DPD could not find the building because there was no visible building signage or clear address identification.<br>* We were unable to arrange broadband despite being told Openreach infrastructure had been installed. Every provider we contacted advised that broadband services were unavailable at this address, making it extremely difficult for those working from home.<br><br>What disappointed us the most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Based on what we were told before signing the tenancy, we reasonably expected to move into a fully operational building. Instead, we found ourselves living on what felt like an unfinished development with many basic facilities unavailable.<br><br>To make matters worse, it has now been over ten days since we first reported these issues, and neither the letting agent nor LSH have provided any meaningful response or update.<br><br>Today, I called LSH for an update and was told that they have other matters to prioritise, and that our issues would be dealt with “in the future.” This is simply not an acceptable response when tenants are unable to access basic facilities that were promised before moving in.<br><br>We felt misled throughout the letting process. Naomi assured us that the building was ready and already occupied by many residents. Our experience after moving in was completely different.
