As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Grace was friendly and approachable from the off and has been in touch throughout the purchasing process. What we liked the most was that if Grace didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went away and found out rather than making something up. We really valued this honest approach and it set the foundations for us to trust Osprey and want to purchase through them. Thank you!

Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out. To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I always felt that my sale was in safe hands. Thank you, Tilly and Lee, for all your hard work, commitment and outstanding service. We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home

12th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Very disappointing experience with the mortgage advisor.<br>Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service or guidance I received. I felt the advice provided was very limited, and there were not enough lender options presented to properly compare the market.<br>The prices and rates offered also seemed high compared with what I was able to find by speaking to other mortgage companies. I expected a mortgage advisor to provide a wider range of options, explain the differences clearly, and help find a competitive deal, but I did not feel this was the case.<br>After comparing the options with other companies, I found significantly more choice and better alternatives elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of guidance, the limited lender options, and the prices available. Based on my experience, I would recommend shopping around and getting quotes from several mortgage advisors before making a decision.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
