As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out. To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I always felt that my sale was in safe hands. Thank you, Tilly and Lee, for all your hard work, commitment and outstanding service. Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.
