From initial contact to arrange a viewing until getting the keys has only taken 7 working days. Tom has always delivered service with a smile and has taken the time to explain each step of the process to my mum. Can’t recommend his thoughtfulness and generosity of time enough as he made us feel very welcomed and assured every step of the way, in what has been a difficult move. She’s thrilled with her new home. Thank you.

Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View

Stef at Miller countrywide was amazing with selling our house. Nothing was ever to much trouble Stef was brilliant with communicating with my buyer and their solictors. She was a ultimate star all the way though! Would highly recommend Miller countrywide they are very professional Team. *Always smartly dressed *Always turned up early for people to view the house to make sure everything was prefect before the viewers arrived. * A brochure of the house was given to each viewer *Was always helpfully and nothing was ever to much trouble.- 30th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Couldn't recommend Stratton Creber - Dean, Gemma and Finn - enough. 18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased our first home with Philip Martin. All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly, specially Aaron Davey. As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us! We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Admittedly it’s been 18 months since I dealt with Carl at Sbc ,he has a lazy attitude not interested happy to charge me £600 for an advert and rubbish online photos and then pretty much did nothing to try and sell my business I did all the work and still never sold it or got a result waste of money waste of time , like I said it’s been 18 months but I feel I’m still entitled to leave a review. I would never ever recommend them ever to any Buisness , at that time I had an apology email from Carl but I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, my Buisness went stagment online and I lost a fortune , £600 down the drain , take your money then they run .
18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We used Burrows when selling our house. We had four estate agents value the house. Burrows valued it £15,000 more than the next best valuation. They had seven viewings in five days. We were made an offer lower than the asking price and through their advice we turned the offer down. Within 24 hours they got the full asking price. They were super from start to finish. Highly recommend.
21st Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Enthusiastic agent. The photographer was thorough. Photographs were excellent. The person doing the house plan did a great job. Listings on several portals resulted in an acceptable offer in less than two weeks. The firm Cornish Bricks suggested to do the conveyancing have been spot on with keeping us informed about progress with the sale.

25th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.
