She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients really shine through.<br><br>We are so grateful to Fiona for helping us find our dream home. We genuinely don’t think we’d be where we are today without her guidance and expertise. Thank you to Fiona and the whole team for making everything run so smoothly. 12th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I tried to view an apartment twice, and both times were a complete waste of my time:<br>First visit: The agent showed up, but the keys didn't work.<br>Second visit: They mistakenly booked me for two different time slots on the same day. I emailed them clearly to confirm one and cancel the other. When I arrived at the location, nobody showed up. I called, and they claimed the other slot was the active one in their system (which was 1.5 hours later).<br>The final attempt: I agreed to wait and came back for the other slot, arriving just 7 minutes late. I called them while I’m front of the building, they told me the agent was already inside and coming down—yet no one ever showed up.<br>To top it all off, I sent an official email detailing all of this, and I haven't even received a reply. Utterly unprofessional management and zero respect for clients' time.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

Matt Lewis was polite, professional and very prompt with getting my house to market. Currently under offer from first day of viewing, received offer over the asking price. All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.
