19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We bought two years ago and recently recommended them to our neighbours who are selling, which made me think I should finally leave a review (which I promised to do at the time...sorry Tony!)<br>Tony was great, talked to us realistically about budgets, time frames, and expectations as first time buyers. He even recommended us a mortgage broker when ours when quiet, who came through and helped us to complete.<br>Tony knows the area, his trade, and is a genuine guy with good intentions - would use again if we move for sure!

10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Agency Gave house without cleaning and struggled a lot and faced worst time of time of one month with bed bug bitting. Also they dint take responsibility. So vacated with in one month and stayed most of my time outside the bed bug flat during that one month time
24th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

5th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

22nd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We sounded like an easy customer: three bedroom house, nice garden, granny annex in highly sought-after location, on the market for the first time in 80 years. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.
