18th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

28th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.

24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Repeated administrative errors relating to notices and tenancy handling caused unnecessary delays, additional time, and avoidable stress during possession proceedings. When I recently contacted the branch again regarding future instructions, I was informed in a dismissive manner that they no longer wished to work with me due to previous disputes — disputes which arose from their own handling failures. Professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication appear seriously lacking based on my experience!

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

7th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Delaney's are a local agency who were able to get me a buyer quickly and I had an offer within a month of putting my property on the market. They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Having the team on What's App makes a big difference as when a problem arises, as inevitably it does, they are there like your own friends to try and help solve the issue. Very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. With this agent you are not just a number to get rid of, they go out of their way to make things smooth. Plus their photography is great.
3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Finally making time to type up a review after successfully selling my property through Green Lane Residential! It's been a pleasure to be assisted by Humzah, Paul and Aryan. I was actually approached of around 6-8 by estate agents. Whilst, I bought my property back in 2021 with another estate agent and they had contacted to sell it for me, it seemed a no brainer as they were aware of my property but Paul stood out for me personally as he was the only with a lot more attention to detail and acknowledging every little detail and understanding my personal needs in this situation so that was the first big step. The second was Humzah - what a perfect role model - from start to end in finding the right buyers, the confidence, understanding both side needs, transparent in everything and even if it was things you did not want to hear - although stress at times (out of his hands) it was always in full belief and good faith in what advice was given by him. So thank you again for your help - we will be in touch for a long time and definitely would refer if any friends or family were looking to sell for sure.
