19th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

24th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

7th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Delaney's are a local agency who were able to get me a buyer quickly and I had an offer within a month of putting my property on the market. They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Having the team on What's App makes a big difference as when a problem arises, as inevitably it does, they are there like your own friends to try and help solve the issue. Very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. With this agent you are not just a number to get rid of, they go out of their way to make things smooth. Plus their photography is great.
