18th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.
23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

28th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.
24th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

What could have been a difficult experience was made easier by feeling able to ask lots of questions without judgement. Jess in particular helped me through to completion once an offer was made. She was always happy to help and kept me informed.

However, lack of general feedback and getting views to our property was not achieved so unfortunately we parted company and now seek a wider prospective market potential.
