15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I found Andrews to be very helpful and efficient throughout. In particular, Tierney was extremely helpful, responsive and professional, making the whole process straightforward and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews and Tierney to others.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Very helpful from initial enquiry through to completion of purchase, one could ask for no more.
Highly recommend!!
26th May 2024 (2 years ago)ABC Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
6th May 2026 (26 weeks ago)Overall very good
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I had a great experience with Julia. She was very responsive, professional, and helpful. She made everything straightforward and was always happy to answer any questions. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend her!
14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.
12th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
9th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)One of the Nicest and honest companies we have ever rented from . Rak & Sadie were a pleasure to have had as our letting agents
25th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Thank you so much to Kellie H and Kelly W for helping us purchase our first home. They were both very responsive which allowed for a smooth purchase. I would strongly recommend Hilbery Chaplin!

29th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)ParaBar found us our dream home and sold our house. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Around two weeks ago, I contacted them regarding a property that was clearly advertised as having allocated parking. I have screenshots and proper evidence of the original advertisement and all the communication regarding this.

Based on the information provided in the advert, I proceeded with the property and paid a holding deposit. However, when it came to completing the contract, I was suddenly told that there was no parking available and that they had only applied for a parking permit.

We waited and followed up again two days later to ask whether the parking permit had been arranged. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were spoken to extremely rudely and the call was eventually ended. We were then simply told that they could no longer offer us the property and that we should take our deposit back.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spent almost two weeks dealing with this property based on the information they had provided. We had also raised concerns about the poor condition and dirt inside the property and were told that this could not be dealt with either.

Because we genuinely believed we were moving into this property, we had already informed our previous landlord that we intended to leave. Their poor communication, lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time and unnecessary stress.

The way both the person handling our application and the manager dealt with us on the phone was completely unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication and customer service were seriously lacking.

I have retained evidence of the advertisement, communication and the issues mentioned above.

Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our time, money and energy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)From the moment we met Albie, he has been amazing. Dealing with my enquiries at every stage. Kept us informed with his lovely friendly nature but remaining professional. Albie has so much empathy, putting us at ease a few times.
Although I dealt with Albie mostly, I need to say everyone else at Fisks have also been fantastic.
Highly recommend Fisks for both selling and buying.
5th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Poor experience especially from Dee. No communication at all to us, and informed us Landlord is happy with us, told us everything is okay then providing us false hope. Keep in mind this is something you must stay transparent with… especially with an asset such as a house, but we were told lies and lies which gave us false hope as mentioned. Dee did not keep us updated, told us numerous different stories, does not have basic interpersonal and communication skills, not sure how he is the manager to be honest. He may have provided other customers good experience but for me and my mum, definitely not. Full of false promises and lies.
13th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am a nightmare landlord who can never make up his mind. I must absolutely drive Sarah mad sometimes but somehow she seems to come up with the right answer. Nothing is too much trouble for this woman. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Alan Wells
Multiple landlord

16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Pleasant attentive service throughout the whole sale process. Thank you team!
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.

It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.

He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.

There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.

We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We engaged Maybury Estates for the sale of our property, on which we just completed! I have to say that the level of service we received from start to finish was absolutely outstanding, and we could not have picked a better agency for our needs.

A very special shoutout to Waqas who, from the very first meeting, immediately understood our circumstances and requirements and was fully committed to fulfil them throughout the process. The deep level of knowledge and expertise he possesses in this field became immediately clear and we were confident in the numerous bits of advice we received during the process and are extremely thankful for it. Honestly, it felt more like dealing with an older brother than an agent. And the rest of the team were always eager to help whenever we reached out to them.

In all, I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is keen to sell their property in the smoothest and most efficient way possible.
17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Thank you very much Reece Seymour for all your help. Extremely professional and very good advice.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to share my experience with Just Moovin.
I sold my property with Just Moovin, and Sadek was a very important person in my family’s journey. He was the person who showed me the house 12 years ago, and now he is the person who helped me sell it.
He is a great guy, and I really appreciate everything he has done for me and continues to do.
Do good, good will come back to you.
I wish Sadek and Just Moovin all the best and lots of success in the future. I hope they continue to have many happy clients.
Thank you, Sadek and team for everything.

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)They have been brilliant, informing us of everything that’s going on. They made me feel like an old friend instead of a client but still keeping the professionalism. Within a week of our open house viewing we are now under offer. So fingers crossed for successful sale. I could go on and on praising these people, the list is endless
