23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)I had a disappointing experience trying to arrange a viewing with this agency. I made multiple attempts to arrange a viewing but didn’t receive any clear confirmation. I was told emails hadn’t come through, which was frustrating. Then l was given a time over the phone and told that another viewer would be there before 15 min ago. And l asked them whether 15 min would be enough to see the house. They said yes and l would receive confirmation email with address of the house but l never received that confirmation email. As a result l was unable to attend the viewing. As a serious buyer with an agreement in principle, l expected a more organised and responsive service.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
