4th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.

We sold and purchased the property via William H Brown and the whole process was really stressful and full of uncertainty. However Megan and her colleagues had been done so well and provided us so much support during the whole process especially Megan. She is very friendly and helpful, she always responded and solved our enquiries so fast and in very professional manner. We have no hesitation to recommend their services.

Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

If you are looking for an agent that goes the extra mile where nothing is too much then look no further. Special mentions to Nicola and Daniel who dealt with my sale who were both fantastic and kept me up to date even when there was no further progression with the sale. I have also recommended the team to friends who are looking to sell their house. Proper value for money! Thank you :)
21st Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

14th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

I have rented accommodation from Bespoke Lettings for 6+ months and I am very satisfied with the service, communication, team and effort put into maintaining the property clean, secure and safe for all residents. Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)
