They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)My cousin called the lettings office to arrange a viewing for a rental property. A female answered the phone and she said: we are organising viewings at 7pm for this property. You can go there and the tenant will show you arround, You should make sure you get there tonight because it is cheap and it will go quick. The property was indeed £150 under the market rent of similar properties in the area. When I heard this I thought to myself: this is a letting agent who cant be bothered to attend their own viewings and the purposely advertise under the market rent so the flat rents quick without them leaving their office ( the building was 5 mins from their office ) regardless of the fact that the landlord who has a mortgage will get much less than other landlords in the area get for similar properties . I never heard of such a lazy letting agent . I just dont think is safe for a tenant to attend a lettings viewing without the estate agent , the tenant in the property could be a maniac with an agressive dog left alone with the viewer.

Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. 13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

I have been renting with them for some months now and the whole process was seamless. They have ensured that we are safe and the property is in great working order. He was always professional, friendly and incredibly responsive, replying to emails and messages very quickly and answering all of my questions clearly. He kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>I particularly appreciated how proactive he was in helping the transaction progress. He regularly chased the seller's solicitor and other parties involved to help ensure we completed on time, which I really appreciated. His communication, efficiency and willingness to help made a big difference throughout the process.<br>It was a pleasure working with William, and I would highly recommend him and the John Payne team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. 2nd Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Never ever again. Big mistake paying up front fee. I was doing the chasing. Its not an estate agent is it ? I had 4 different agents looking after me in 7 months. Only 1 of them phoned me to touch base. The rest I had to email and was lucky if I even got a reply. Zero local knowledge...waste of time and money.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
