The customer service I received was second to none, they are prompt when it comes to answering all forms of queries being phone calls, emails etc.<br><br>The sales negotiator Maria who was handling the property I bought was very helpful and gave me a great service.<br>I highly recommend them for anyone who is planning to acquire a property.
27th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Once it went live, it sold within the first week. Throughout the entire process, Luke was exceptional.<br><br>He kept everyone in the chain fully informed, often ironing out wrinkles before I was even aware they existed. His communication was outstanding, and he guided me through what could have been an incredibly stressful process with calmness, professionalism and genuine care.<br><br>Having bought and sold four properties in the local area, I’ve experienced transactions that have dragged on for many months. This time, from accepting an offer on my property to moving into my new home took just 12 weeks. While everyone involved played their part, Luke’s proactive approach, constant communication and determination to keep the chain moving were instrumental in making that happen.<br><br>Buying and selling property is notoriously stressful, but this was, without question, the smoothest experience I’ve had. Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process. And very trustworthy - a word of a man! Very happy with my home!

Fahmida, the property manager, handled everything brilliantly.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication, she kept me updated throughout, and was easy to reach. Each repair was carried out promptly with minimal disruption.<br><br>It's amazing to come across a property manager who's so responsive and on top of things. Fahmida made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth.

It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Thank you Benham & Reeves for making this an effortless and smooth move for us.- 15th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.

23rd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
