19th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.
10th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

She kept me fully informed at every stage, was always available when I needed her and worked incredibly hard on my behalf. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me.<br><br>Lisa’s was honest and complete transparency. She was straightforward, realistic and always gave me honest advice, which gave me enormous confidence throughout what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I never felt that anything was being hidden or glossed over — I always knew exactly where I stood.<br><br>I genuinely felt that my house sale was in safe hands. Lisa went above and beyond, dealt with challenges calmly and professionally, and kept pushing things forward.<br><br>Selling a home is a major decision, and having someone you can completely trust makes all the difference. Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM

6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

7th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Communication was good at the start of the process and steadily declined over the weeks, They used our house photo when they had a guess the property game amongst themselves and posted on social media without any communication to us prior to or after posting , viewings carried out without any enthusiasm

He immediately made us feel at ease and was always upfront and honest with us, without ever being pushy.<br><br>We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Oliver was always happy to help. He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough. They’ve both been fantastic throughout.
