The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed of progress throughout. James in particular was excellent nothing was too much and made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend them when it come to selling property

Our transaction was part of a particularly complex chain, and we had more than a few unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout the process, Peter went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is reliable, responsive, and truly committed to seeing a sale through, even in challenging situations, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency, and Peter Gold, in particular, who is a real asset and someone you want on your side when dealing with a complex property transaction.

We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. What was an extremely stressful situation was made significantly easier by our experience with Kings Group, and in particular Rosy O’Brien. Rosy was professional, efficient, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We are very grateful for her help during a difficult time.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th May 2026 (3 days ago)Positive review and a massive thank you to The Peter Cuffaro team for firstly reaching out to make me aware of a property I may be interested in - They were right on what they recommended. I met Joe at the property who was profesional and very down to earth just made the viewing very relaxed. Throughout the sale the whole team stepped in to help through any items - they were always reachable too, so if anybody was on annual leave, Ted, Ed and Peter too were all kept in the loop. Having had a bad buying experience with a previous estate agent, the difference in professional conduct by the whole Peter Cuffaro team was exceptional. Once again thank you to the team and especially Joe for getting the keys in to my hand on completion.
