They were professional, patient, super helpful (more than our actual lawyers), and got things moving for us to progress through the process. TBH our personal experience of buying the house was awful due to our lawyers but Gary from Connells was the only person that kept us sane.. also bonus he has a good sense of humour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property!

They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

All queries were responded to immediately and viewings were conducted sensitively. The whole process was smooth and achieved the results we wanted.
19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

David and his team were exceptional from start to finish and would like to say a big thank you for not only selling our property but also finding us the house we needed to hopefully get our eldest into Simon Balle Secondary School! 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Chris has been so professional and helpful, which we have really appreciated whilst navigating moving home unexpectedly. Nothing has been too much trouble to ask, Chris and the team have communicated everything so clearly to us and all whilst being friendly and kind, which makes the whole experience much nicer and easier. All the property viewings were carried out without us needing to be involved and we were continually updated throughout. Thank you Elliot Heath we could not have done it without you!

Excellent social media and marketing provided the impetus to getting potential buyers to view. The agent who conducted the viewings made sure he was fully acquainted with the property and communicated the outcomes well. Having had an unsuccessful relationship with another agent prior to Ensum Brown it was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were committed to sell your property
9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim

From our very first meeting, Adam and Jack provided an outstanding level of service that completely put the area's established traditional estate agents to shame. Their modern, professional marketing is excellent, making the old-fashioned methods used by other high street agents look completely outdated.
