I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

It took me 10 months to buy my house, throughout the process they were efficient, communicative and really supportive towards me. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. My first buyer fell through after a few months so it wasn't a smooth process. Lane and Bennett were able to negotiate with all the different parties in the chain to make it happen. Big thanks to Michael, Patricia, Paula and team. Now living in my dream house and loving it.

What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

As a family of five, we had a lot of moving parts and very specific needs, but they truly listened and only ever showed us properties that made sense for us. That alone made such a difference. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. They were always there — whether it was answering questions, giving honest advice, or just reassuring us through the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you could feel they were fully invested in helping us get it right. Their knowledge of the local area was also invaluable. They didn’t just find us a house — they helped us find the right home, in the right place, for our family. We are genuinely so grateful to Gino and Conor for everything they did. Five stars doesn’t even come close to reflecting the level of service and support they provide. If you’re looking to move, you won’t find better people to have in your corner.

We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us. 10th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I called Jamie at One Call Property Solutions Ltd to fit blinds which i ordered from Blinds Direct. It came with top fit fixture to fit within the recess. This meant the screw had to go through the lintel which was a difficult job. Jamie made it look easy and fitted the blinds on the same day. This is my second time calling them with bits and bob around the house. They do amazing job and leave the place clean as well. Looking forward to using the again in the future.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
