They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.

1st Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I viewed a property with Ali from Nova and he did such a great job in showing me around that I walked away with him being the agent for the sale of my property , fast forward 3 months and I have moved into that same property I saw , Nova sold my property and it has been a seamless wonderful experience topped off with great ongoing service from Gerda after offers were accepted. She kept me up to date and kept me informed and was the first to congratulate me. A great experience from a wonderful team .
