We have lived in 4 countries and rented several properties over the years. Natalie Dordoy has been, by far, the most efficient, effective and responsive property manager we’ve encountered. If we email or call her with a question, issue or concern, her response is nearly immediate. I have never had to check whether or not Natalie has called the landlord, repairman, painter, etc. because we trust that she has done what she said she would. We also find it very reassuring that Natalie calls or emails after a job has been completed in the house. Not only is Knight Frank lucky to have such a knowledgeable, dedicated employee, but the owner of the home we rent is very lucky too. Natalie ensures that everything in the house is running smoothly and that both the owner and tenants are well cared for.

Beware and avoid at all costs or say bye to your deposit and nerves!
These people are systematically there to rip off tenants during and after tenancy.
Smiley and friendly Vinoath (who is the only professional person) will be quick and efficient in finding you a flat and getting the move in done.
Then the nightmare starts with Natalie and Joanne, who will do anything to blame the customer as opposed to help.
The worst is the check-out when Pritesh and team will do anything to get your money/deposit. The company representative told us that rarely do they such a flat in such tidy and clean condition returned as we did. And 3 weeks later we receive a request by Pritesh to pay 400 GBP for 'hooks' on the wall that had been there at move in and a mosquito found in a sink etc after us having done general cleaning. I have copied below the original "deduction sheet" below so you see 1st hand how they work. When asked for invoices for the work done for the 'deductions' they can't present anything, but instead of ever admitting faults on their side will go into e-mail ping pongs with you and your only way out with them is to sue them which we will do ! Good luck to anyone dealing with them!
