She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Aslam was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to secure us off-market properties, and his response times and follow-ups were consistently prompt and professional. He made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Jack showed us around a property and did a brilliant job. What really stood out was his patience and understanding. When my partner and I were running significantly late due to the tube strikes, he was a complete gentleman and waited for us without any fuss. That kind of consideration for travel hiccups and unforeseen circumstances is rare, and we really appreciated it. While we ultimately went with a property elsewhere on the market, that takes nothing away from the experience we had with this team. Aslam and Jack are a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a property in West London, these are the people to go to.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

16th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.- 2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
