Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. I Will 100% be letting my house with them.

Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. She managed the entire process with speed and reliability. My sincere thanks go to her once again.

She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

I had four estate agents coming to value the house, and when Sam arrived on a rainy day wearing stiletto sandals and a big warm honest smile, I knew she was the one for us.<br>She was wonderful and understood from the start that there was history there for us after 60 years, and that it mattered to us who bought it and whether they would respect the house.<br>Sam brought warmth, communication and a sense of humour to what is never a particularly enjoyable process. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and her advice at key points was always sound. I trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands.<br>Until now I've not had a great opinion of estate agents but Sam has given me faith. I would recommend her 100%.<br>Thank you Sam and the rest of the team.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. They also have excellent knowledge of the local area. Thank you so much Matt for making a stressful time a lot less stressful!!
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested!
