18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

We genuinely felt that she cared about us and wanted to help us find the right home, rather than simply trying to rent out the property. Her warm and thoughtful approach made the whole experience very comfortable. Thank you so much, Beba!

Aspire found a full price buyer in less than two weeks, and the sale went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this estate agent.

10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

They were professional, proactive and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, we always felt fully informed, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Hani and Elizabeth made everything feel smooth and well managed. They presented our property beautifully, secured the right buyer and worked tirelessly to keep the sale progressing.<br><br>A genuinely first class, personal service from a brilliant team. We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

Having him as my sole point of contact from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange gave me complete peace of mind and made communication effortless.<br>Even in a tough market, he managed to find us a fantastic buyer. Martin was extremely proactive throughout, doing everything possible to keep the process moving smoothly. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
