Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

John and Susan Couch and their team are really helpful and friendly with very high professional standards. In particular, the sales progression once we had found a buyer was consistently superb. Their many years of experience was a deciding factor for us in selecting an agent and our decision proved to be the right one. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Moving house is always a stressful experience, but Hume Homes were incredibly helpful compared to many of the other estate agents we encountered. They provided a proper face-to-face viewing of the property and maintained very quick communication throughout the whole process. If anything needed doing, it was sorted out immediately. Now that we have moved in, we are still in the process of truly making it our own by buying furniture, but it is brilliant to have finally found a place in Streatham right near the town centre and train station. I would highly recommend their services!

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
