31st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.

29th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario.<br><br>Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back.<br><br>Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him.<br><br>J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to. Listen to all of them! I can't remember which one it is but an early episode concerns choosing an agent to sell your property - a MUST! It's worth doing your homework at the outset.

7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.

From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.

Scott and Stuart, in the office really helped push everything through. Scott’s knowledge and chasing mediation, was invaluable. We were very grateful for all their help. I would highly recommend this estate agents for buying and selling.

1st May 2026 (15 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
