1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

19th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario.<br><br>Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back.<br><br>Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him.<br><br>J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to. Listen to all of them! I can't remember which one it is but an early episode concerns choosing an agent to sell your property - a MUST! It's worth doing your homework at the outset.

From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. From the very beginning, Mason was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. He took the time to understand our circumstances and even arranged a same-day viewing, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole process was smooth and stress free thanks to his excellent service. 26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

Tristan and Shauna were incredibly supportive from start to finish—always happy to book viewings whenever we needed them and spending plenty of time with us at the property so we never felt rushed or pressured. They also gave us great guidance when it came to making our offers, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We have now completed and got the keys, and we’re extremely grateful for all their help throughout the process.
