Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Grace from Connells was brilliant. Very friendly, understood the assignment and also the tenants feelings. Made the process a lot easier for our family. Thanks Grace!

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Motis Estates Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have been horrendous with my daughter to the point we had to get the environmental health involved resulting in huge fines for the landlord. They are very unprofessional and will give out confidential information out to everyone and anyone especially their tradesmen. When my daughter complained about one of them, about their shoddy work & being sexually harassed, they told him & he then started calling and threatening & verbally abusing my daughter & her husband at his work, to the point we called the police, they still have him work for them!! Honestly unbelievable. They will even try & gaslight you into being the problem. They really are awful

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents. We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant. We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.

An extremely professional, efficient, attentive service from the initial valuation through to completion. Always available, courteous and knowledgeable. As the buyer I didn’t have a huge amount of direct involvement with the agents, but my experience was very positive overall.<br><br>Only slight niggle was that I emailed James after completion about collecting the estate agent board and have still not heard back, hence the four rather than five stars.
