10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)As first time buyers the whole process can be quite daunting! We had first contact with Grace at Connells who helped guide us and she has been brilliant! As our sales negotiator, she has been very attentive, she provided supportive, speedy communication and has been so welcoming. Thank you for all your help!

8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)After finding our dream home we had two properties to sell, Lawrence and Co sold both our houses in timely fashion.<br>Mark and Alexa came to visit and gained a full understanding of what it was we had to sell, one was very small and quite quirky, I worried it may be a hard sell but due to the beautiful photographs and good marketing it found a new owner. The other larger house again was presented beautifully for sale and we had one day of viewings.<br>They priced them appropriately meaning we had full asking price offers in both cases.<br>Jo and Sophie kept us updated on progress the whole way through, nudging solicitors along where necessary.<br>I really could not have asked for more, thank you so much

Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!<br><br>From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the lettings process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier to navigate from abroad.<br><br>A special thank you to Hue-Ying for showing me the property, Hannah for helping me navigate the application paperwork, Sebastian for his tech expertise, Lydia for guiding me through the final stages of the letting process, and Dason from the Hastings office for stepping in whenever needed. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

Their attention to detail, knowledge of legislation and expertise within the market, allied to value for money makes them a go to provider for anything and everything to do with property sales and lettings.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Hunters in Hythe to sell out property, can't fault the team there especially Andrew, Robbie and Jaydon. We were always kept up to date on viewings and feedback and during the sale process Joy was outstanding. I would recommend them and use them again if I were planning a move.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents. We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant. We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.

31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Did a couple of viewings ourself as no one was available. Had to phone them constantly to find anything out, as communication was very poor. As soon as ours had sold, they didn't care about us. We made ourselves homeless so our sale didn't fall through. I would not recommend them

We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.
