2nd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
9th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job. After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze. When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling. The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate. I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Would highly recommend using Jackson - Stops for the service they provide

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.
13th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Absolutely awful . I asked if I could view some land . 2 weeks later still nothing from them. Again like another person said communication with them is a nightmare. communication should be what an estate agent is best at !!!
16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)This agency is simply ridiculous. I have yet to see a property for sale on their books that doesn't look SUBSTANTIALLY over priced. My wife and I were considering a property in the area that this agency deals with but have refused to even consider any of their properties as they are so over valued. We have done extensive research of the area that they deal with and can only come to this conclusion!! SUCH a shame as there have been a number of properties we would of actually considered buying had they not been so ridiculously valued.

The Village GreenNorthiamNr RyeEast Sussex, TN31 6ND(17 reviews)16th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

Lambert and Foster priced our house correctly enabling it to sell fast. Highly recommend there excellent services. Helped us by recommending a great house clearance company.

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)These people are truely awful to deal with my wife was humiliated when a member of there staff was ridiculusly pedantic and quite aggressive, when they went into the property, They go out of they way to get a deposit refund for there client.
15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I have had a few dealings with Phillips and Stubbs over the years and the experience has been excellent. As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

4th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Easily the worst estate agents, borderline illegal. Letted out a property with multiple leaks, mould, no working fire alarm and multiple other issues. We have a feeling they lied to the landlord about making repairs that never actually happened. Giles is by far the rudest, least professional person I've ever met, thinks it's okay to insult and put down people when confronted about the condition of properties. We were told by multiple people (fire service, gas people and mould inspection) that the property was not fit for living purposes, but because it was covered up by a lot of people there wasn't much they could do. Our baby was continuously I'll from the mould as was I, when moving out we had to chuck out about £500 worth of items because mould had spread to them, they allowed leaks to continue for months, ruining our personal items. Only fixed the fire alarm when faced with a council inspection, six months into our tenancy. They have now upped the rent for next tenets to £1000, absolutely disgusting. There is much more wrong with the property that I don't have space to write here, but be warned, if letting with this agency you will be done over, judged and spoken down to, any property that appears in good condition will change over time and goes downhill quick. So glad we are no longer here and our baby is finally healthy instead of constantly unwell.
Excellent service by Northwood and we are very much pleased with their service. The staff are awesome at Northwood and are very polite. Patience expecially has been extremely helpful, friendly and always very prompt in whatever was requested. So I would definitely recommend Northwood agency..
12th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)The whole team were amazing. Tim, Charlotte and Frances were all so supportive and helpful throughout our experience. Our case was very prolonged however the team were very vigilant and helpful with everything that we needed to know.
18th May 2022 (1 year ago)Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments. Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.
