26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

David was friendly, professional and, most importantly, very proactive when it came to selling our house. He kept us updated throughout the process, was always quick to respond, and genuinely worked hard to get things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated his approach and felt that he went above and beyond to help us achieve a successful sale. We would definitely recommend David and Wards to anyone looking to sell their home.

Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!<br><br>From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the lettings process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier to navigate from abroad.<br><br>A special thank you to Hue-Ying for showing me the property, Hannah for helping me navigate the application paperwork, Sebastian for his tech expertise, Lydia for guiding me through the final stages of the letting process, and Dason from the Hastings office for stepping in whenever needed. 26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Professional and great market knowledge.<br>Our property was marketed on the 4th May 2026 and we accepted an offer 10 days later. We had to obtain Probate with the sale completed on 4th September 2026.<br>The team answered my questions quickly and also listened when I had points to raise.
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Seemed to rely on one person that views three times and got put off by daughter. Didn’t find anyone else after that. I think that put all their eggs into one basket. Even though we were with them for 22 weeks they still insisted on a notice period before they stopped marketing which I thought was a bit harsh as it stopped us marketing with a new agent.

17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents. We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant. We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely abysmal service. They cannot even answer qurstions or reply to prospective customers so how on earth would they treat any potential buyer of a property you list with them. Continually ask for answers and chase but no replies.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. They also have excellent knowledge of the local area. Thank you so much Matt for making a stressful time a lot less stressful!!

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
